From 3-5pm on Sunday, May 17th, Pasta with Paolo will bring pasta-making back into view as we celebrate 10 years of Solo Italiano! This class will teach the ins and outs of pasta (shape will be a surprise!) and pairing its preparation with the perfect wine. You'll delve into the history of pasta and some of Paolo’s own pasta-making stories. After the class, which will involve hands-on work if desired, your pasta will head to the kitchen where Paolo will finish and present your plated pasta in a unique Ligurian manner. Jesse will present and pair a glass of wine to accompany.

Following a purchase of tickets to this class, we will follow-up and inquire if you would also desire a full dinner reservation. Thus, you would have the option to incorporate your wine and pasta into the meal. We plan on a festive atmosphere for the entire evening to celebrate our anniversary. There will be live music, an art unveiling and more.
