Join us as we welcome the winemaker brothers from Gradis’ Cuitta in Friuli. For the dinner Paolo will be bringing in a pig to roast from one of our partner farms. Alongside this ‘first’ for the kitchen at Solo Italiano, will be wines from one of the most revered white wine sub-regions of Italy: Collio DOC. Not only is the food regionally appropriate, it also pairs beautifully with its spectrum of structured, aromatic grape expressions (whites prominently). We will taste single varietals like Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, an exclusive sparkling Rebula and one unique blend incorporating Sauvignon (as well as a killer Merlot for the red wine lovers!). Finally, you will have a chance to hear from the winemakers themselves about what makes their grapes and lands of Collio so special.
