Coming from Colli Orientali, the finest DOC in the heart of Friuli, Marco Sara will be in house to discuss a passion for winemaking that is natural, generational and locally-dynamic. The beauty of Marco's wine comes through not just with its persistently clean, balanced and aromatic character; in fact, it shines when you remind yourself of his respect for, and incorporation of, the grapes' and vines' natural environment from growth to bottling.

As has become usual for our wine dinners, Chef Paolo will design the nightly menu around Marco's showcased wines, which include a Verduzzo table wine, two distinct styles of Friulano, a Cabernet Franc and a Verduzzo dessert wine. Opportunity for retail purchase of all but the dessert wine will be possible through Brown Trading following your meal.
