We invite you to join us at Solo for a community-oriented, farmer appreciation dinner. This will be a five-course affair with nothing but certified organic produce and protein directly from our partner farms. While it is still early for our full menu to be developed and disclosed, we can say that we have already secured an Island Lamb from our friends at Dandelion Springs farm. Additionally, we will feature a coursed pairing of only certified organic wines from Santa Giustina and Fasoli Gino for purchase the night of the event ($25).
MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association) will receive 20% of all ticket sales–both food and wine–as a benefit of this event. Representatives from MOFGA and our partner farms will be present to talk about their stories and approach to the 'labor of love' that brings quality food to our tables every day. A Crush representative will also be present to talk organic wine.
Featured farms include: Dandelion Springs and Stonecipher. CSAs will be available for subscription directly through the farmer the night of the event.
Seating will be organized into groups of six to eight to encourage connection and sharing. If you have a similarly sized group that you would perfer seated as its own group, please call us directly to set up that reservation.
$85 covers dinner, tax, gratuity and benefit to MOFGA. Wine pairing is additional the night of the event.
